Wet ingredients:
- 1/4 c. butter (I used Earth Balance)
- 1/4 c. almond butter
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp. almond extract
Dry ingredients:
- 1 1/4 c. flour (I used an all-purpose and coconut mix)
- 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- 1 c. packed brown sugar
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix wet and dry ingredients. Form into small balls and flatten with a fork. Bake for 15 minutes.
I'm inordinately happy these turned out. It's the little things in life.
